Are any of you finding you need to update your constitution to address pandemic issues?

Our band, Durham Community Concert Band, has sections on Board Elections. We have not been able to hold them on schedule due to COVID-19.

Just curious if anyone else is amending their constitution to address force majeure. If so, do you have any "language" that can use shared?

Thanks in advance

Hometown Band already allowed "electronic means" for both board and general meetings.
Our last general meeting was on Zoom.

Lansing Concert Band altered our By-Laws to allow online meetings as well. We were prepared to use Zoom polling to conduct election of officers, but we were in the happy position of having exactly as many nominees as openings, so a unanimous vote was cast by acclamation.

Here is our by-law language, in case others are interested:
SECTION 10. CONFERENCE TELEPHONE OR MESSAGING
A member of the Board or a committee may participate in a meeting by means of conference telephone or other electronic messaging device if the individual is unable to attend, and if approved in advance by the President or committee Chair. Participating in a meeting pursuant to this method shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
