Seattle Wind Symphony

The Seattle Wind Symphony is one of the Pacific Northwest’s premier wind ensembles, bringing together outstanding musicians from across the Puget Sound region. Founded in 2011, the ensemble is dedicated to performing the finest wind literature - from classic works and transcriptions to contemporary pieces that expand the wind band’s artistic reach. Under the direction of Dr. John Falskow, the Seattle Wind Symphony presents concerts that are both artistically engaging, emotionally stirring, and accessible to a wide audience. The group regularly collaborates with guest artists and composers, and has performed at regional conferences. Seattle Wind Symphony’s annual “Star Spangled Spectacular” concert in Benaroya Hall is always a highlight for the community.
