Recognizing that all bands are different and restrictions/guidance are still different everywhere - would bands that have gone back to rehearsing and those that are getting ready to do so be willing to share your experience? Some bands are just getting started in the process, others are still a little ways off and are looking to see what others have already done or considered.
From logistics of rehearsal space and musicians to music selection to mitigation factors - anything you wish you knew or had done before that first rehearsal, or things that have changed as you continue to learn. Anything you think others might find useful from your experience would be helpful.
