Annual National Convention

The Association of Concert Bands holds a national convention each year, held in a different location each year and hosted by a member band.

WHAT IS IT?
The convention is a 4-day conference for band directors, members and managers, as well as music history leaders, administrators, and board members, meet to exchange personal views and share experiences. The week includes educational seminars and clinics and performances by selected community bands. Attendees may participate in the Convention Band led by well-known conductors. The conference offers opportunity for networking among professional and fellow community band musicians,
