~ BMI / ASCAP BLANKET PERFORMANCE LICENSING AGREEMENT ~
Any organizational member of ACB meeting each of the following criteria is eligible for a 
Blanket Performance License from BMI/ASCAP for an additional annual fee of $208.00:
   1. Dues-paying member of the Association of Concert Bands;
   2. Annual gross ticket sales of less than $50,000;
   3. Annual operating budget of less than $50,000; and,
   4. No outstanding dues owed to ASCAP/BMI.

COMMUNICATION OPT-OUT:
One of the benefits to corporate members of ACB the sharing address information regarding ACB
members. We have NOT been sharing email addresses with our corporate members, offering instead 
to forward any corporate email communication to members from the ACB office. If you do not 
wish ACB to forward corporate-based email to you, check the box below.

PLEASE NOTE:
~ *International memberships please add $15.00/year.

~ ACB memberships run January 1 through December 31. 

~ 1/2-year memberships are available after July 1 for the price of:
          Organizational...$25.00; Corporate...$75.00. 
  This prorated fee will cover from July 1 through December 31.

~ Fully-paid memberships of those joining after October 1 will begin January 1 of the following year.
