It is important to the composers and arrangers whose music appears in the catalogs of ASCAP and BMI that we let them know when and where their music is being performed.  The preferred method of reporting your play lists is via email in an EXCEL file listing the following:  Name of Band, Date of Performance, Location of Performance, Title of Piece, Name of Composer/Arranger. The EXCEL file may be obtained from, and should be sent directly to: programs@acbands.org  If email is not available, please send one (1) printed program to us immediately after each concert.  If you do not use a printed program please provide us a play list with.  Please mail to:  Nancy Michalek, 15357 Forest Haven Lane, Frisco, TX  75035-6889
